Last updated: 6.16.2026
Enchanted Rock, LLC (“ERock,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a Delaware limited liability company with headquarters at 1113 Vine Street, Suite 101, Houston, Texas 77002, and its subsidiaries, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain terms, how we collect, use, keep, and share personal data about you when you use www.erock.com and interact with us (our “Services”), and the choices you have.
Our Services are primarily directed to businesses and their representatives. This policy also applies to individuals who visit our website, sign up for our communications, or otherwise interact with us.
This policy applies to information we collect through the Services and in emails and other communications between you and us. It does not apply to third-party websites that may link to or from the Services; please review their privacy notices separately. By using our Services or giving us your information, you agree to the practices described here. We may update this policy from time to time (see “Changes to This Privacy Policy”).
Children’s Data
Our Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal data of minors under 16 years of age.
The Personal Data We Collect
“Personal data” is information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to you. The categories we collect or process include:
- Identity and contact information, such as your full name, title, company name, email address, and telephone number.
- Log and usage information, such as your browser type, access times, pages viewed, IP address, the page you visited before ours, and the date and time of each request.
- Device information, such as your device type, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Marketing and communications data, such as your email-subscription preferences, survey responses, webinar registrations, and requests for content or whitepapers.
- Information from third parties, such as demographic and statistical information from business partners, marketers, researchers, and public records, which we may combine with information we collect from you.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, payment card data, biometric data, precise geolocation, or other sensitive personal information through the Services, and we ask that you not submit such information to us.
How We Collect Your Data
Information You Provide to Us
We collect information when you fill out a form, sign up for our emails or webinars, request content, respond to a survey, or contact us.
Information We Collect Automatically
As you use our Services, we automatically collect log, usage, and device information through cookies, tags, and similar technologies, including through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Certain analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, record the path you take through the Services, including the page you entered from and the point at which you leave the site. We use this information in aggregated form to understand site usage, improve our content, support search-engine optimization, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
We do not use session-replay tools, and we do not record your interactions within forms.
Information From Other Sources
We may receive demographic and statistical information about you from business partners, marketers, researchers, analysts, and public records, and combine it with information we collect directly from you to improve our Services and marketing.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide our products and services, including creating and managing customer accounts, providing support, and responding to your requests and inquiries.
- Communicate with you, including sending direct marketing, newsletters, whitepapers, event invitations, and service updates, where permitted and subject to your choices.
- Conduct market research and analyze the effectiveness of our advertising and marketing.
- Operate, improve, and secure our Services, including aggregated and de-identified analysis for search-engine optimization and lead generation.
- Comply with our legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights, property, and safety of ERock and others.
We may aggregate or de-identify information, and we may use and disclose aggregated or de-identified data for any purpose. We do not attempt to re-identify it.
We use analytics to create aggregated reports about site performance and marketing. We do not use automated profiling to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Who We Share Your Information With
We may share the personal data described in this policy with:
- Our affiliates and subsidiaries under common ownership or control.
- Service providers that perform services on our behalf (such as hosting, data analytics, marketing, and customer support), who are contractually restricted to using the data only to provide those services.
- Our professional advisers, auditors, and financial institutions and trade associations.
- Law enforcement, government, and regulatory authorities, and courts, where necessary to comply with law or legal process or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- A buyer or successor in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, including in bankruptcy.
- Market research organizations that help us improve our products and services.
- Advertising partners that deliver cross-context behavioral advertising (also called targeted advertising) on our behalf or across other sites and services, where you have not exercised your right to opt out.
Sale and Sharing of Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data. We do share personal data with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising (also called targeted advertising). To opt out, see “Your Privacy Rights” below.
Your Cookie and Tracking Choices
We use essential, functional, analytics/performance, and (where enabled) advertising cookies and similar technologies. You can manage your preferences through our cookie consent banner, and you can set your browser to refuse or alert you to cookies. If you disable cookies, some features may not work properly.
Global Privacy Control and universal opt-out signals. When we detect a legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), we treat it as a valid opt-out and honor it as required by applicable law.
Signal precedence. We honor your privacy choices at the browser and device level. A browser-based opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) and the selections you make in our cookie consent banner each apply to the specific browser or device on which you set them. Where they conflict, we apply the most privacy-protective choice for that browser or device. Because these choices are device-specific, please set them on each browser and device you use. We give effect to your choices as soon as reasonably practicable, and no later than 15 business days after we receive them.
Do Not Track. Because there is no common industry standard for Do Not Track (DNT) signals, our Services do not respond to them. Use the cookie and opt-out controls described in this policy instead.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the state where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal data. The scope of each right and the exceptions that apply vary by state.
- Right to know and access. Confirm whether we process your personal data and get a copy of it.
- Right to correct. Ask us to correct inaccurate personal data.
- Right to delete. Ask us to delete personal data we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to data portability. Receive your personal data in a portable, readily usable format where feasible.
- Right to opt out. Opt out of the sale of personal data, the sharing of personal data for targeted advertising, and certain profiling.
- Right against discrimination. We will not deny you goods or services, charge a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised your rights.
Sensitive personal information. Some laws let you limit the use of sensitive personal information. As noted above, we do not collect or use sensitive personal information beyond permitted business purposes, so this right generally does not apply to us.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise your rights, contact us at info@enchantedrock.com or by calling +1 713-429-4091.
Verification and authorized agents. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding, and we cannot respond if we cannot verify that the request relates to you. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request; we may require proof of the agent’s authority and verification of your identity.
Timing. We will respond within 45 days of receiving your request. If we need more time, we may extend by an additional 45 days (90 days total) and will tell you why within the first 45 days. We do not charge a fee unless your request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
How to Appeal Our Decision
If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal within a reasonable time by contacting us at info@enchantedrock.com and marking your message as an appeal. We will respond within 60 days. If we deny your appeal, you may file a complaint with your state attorney general.
Our Commitment to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level or quality of service because you exercised your rights, except where a difference is permitted by law.
Additional Information for California Residents
If you are a California resident, the following additional disclosures apply under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (the “CCPA”). California’s law covers personal information we process about you, including in a business-to-business or employment context.
Categories collected. In the past 12 months, we have collected the categories described in “The Personal Data We Collect,” which under the CCPA include identifiers, internet or other network or device activity, professional or employment-related information, and commercial information. We collect this information from you, from your device automatically, and from third parties, for the business purposes described in this policy.
Sale or sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We do share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, see “Your Privacy Rights” above.
Sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes for which there is no right to limit under the CCPA.
Shine the Light. California residents may request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes by contacting us using the details in “Contact Us.”
International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States and process information here. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where we are subject to UK or EU data protection law, we transfer personal data only with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
How We Protect Your Personal Data
We use commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to protect your personal data from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. No system or online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data you transmit to us, so please be careful about what you send through email or web forms.
How Long We Keep Your Personal Data
We keep personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to provide our products and services, meet our contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need the data, we delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will provide notice of changes as required by law. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when the policy was last revised. We will post the updated policy on the Services, and where the law requires, notify you of material changes. Please check back periodically.
