Lavanya Bhenderu joined ERock in 2020, bringing 17 years of experience in energy transition, research and development, product innovation, and advanced renewable energy technologies. Prior to joining ERock, Bhenderu gained experience in researching, developing, and applying diverse innovative technologies for Emerson.
Bhenderu is committed propelling ERock to the forefront of sustainable, renewable energy solutions, leading pivotal advancements in microgrid technology, renewable energy integration, EV charging solutions, and battery storage. Bhenderu has driven advancements in energy transition, R&D, and renewable energy solutions, and his leadership fosters innovation in applied technologies for sustainable energy integration at ERock.
Bhenderu earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, graduating Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Dallas. Bhenderu also earned a Master of Science in Engineering from Purdue University and studied at the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
